Cancellation of Order
Orders are usually shipped out in 24-48 hours. Once order is shipped out, we will not be able to cancel the order anymore. If your order has not been shipped out and you wish to cancel the order, RM 5.00 handling charges will be imposed.

Posting Charges & Delivery Time
Regular Posting Charges are as follows:-
i) RM4.50 (Peninsular Malaysia),
ii) RM 6.00 (Sarawak),
iii) RM 6.50 (Sabah)
Orders placed are usually shipped within 2 business days. Delivery time: 5-7 working days. We offer free regular shipping on all orders over RM100.
Return Policy
Item maybe return within 30 days of purchase provided they are unopened, undamaged, and in original condition. Such returns will receive credit in full, excluding any posting charge and RM 5 handling fee. We cannot accept opened box as we are unable to return it to the manufacturer.
Please packaged your return carefully to ensure the lenses are not damaged in the posting. Please note that we cannot issue credit for items damaged in transit to our office. Also, to ensure safe delivery, you should ship your package using PosLaju.
